Monument Park Estate takes pride in maintaining the parks and other public places and appreciates every contribution made toward this endeavour.

Residents are encouraged to become members of the Monument Park Estate and contribute to the upkeep of the neighbourhood from as little as R50 a month. (see contribution forms on the right).

Your membership contribution will be used to:

• clear and maintain the perimeters of the neighbourhood.
• mow the park’s lawn. trim trees, pick up litter and establish public gardens.
• paint and maintain the jungle gyms in the park.
• picking up litter in the suburb.
• clearing empty stands.
• reporting broken streetlights and road signs to Tshwane.
• create recycling initiatives.
• general neighbourhood upkeep.

A clean and well-maintained neighbourhood not only develops a sense of pride among residents but also deters criminals. This, in turn, makes the neighbourhood a sought-after area and attracts discerning home buyers.
