The primary objective of the Monument Park Estate is to ensure the safety of the general public in our suburb and surrounding areas.

Our achievements thus far:

We have implemented an integrated security solution which includes:

• Enclosure of the suburb with boom gates at both entrances/exits.
• 24/7 security guards at the entrances/exits.
• Implementation of a fully monitored AI security camera solution at the boom gates and perimeters of the suburb.
• A dedicated 24/7 armed response in the suburb.
• Monitored electrical fences on the perimeters.

To ensure our neighbourhood remains secure, we invite you to join the Monument Park Estate by becoming a contributor. Currently, 43% of our community contributes, and we aim to increase this percentage to 60% by the end of June 2025. By increasing our contribution rate, we can lower the overall rate per household and benefit the entire community.

* Contributions can be deducted from your income tax submission as a Section 18A
donation. The deductible percentage ranges from 18% to 45%, depending on your tax
bracket. At the end of each financial year, the Section 18A certificate will be issued to
you in the month of May.
