Currently, 43% of our community contributes, and we aim to increase this percentage to 60% by the end of June 2025. By increasing our contribution rate, we can lower the overall rate per household and benefit the entire community.<\/p>\n<p>The available options are:<br \/>\n<strong>Free standing Residential Unit or Normal Size Business Unit<\/strong><br \/>\nMonthly contribution: R650<br \/>\nTotal annual contribution(including tax benefit*) R7020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complex Unit<\/strong><br \/>\nMonthly Contribution: R200<br \/>\nTotal annual contribution(including tax benefit*) R2160<\/p>\n<p><strong>Large business Unit<\/strong><br \/>\nMonthly Contribution: R1660<br \/>\nTotal annual contribution(including tax benefit*) R17928<\/p>\n<p>* Contributions can be deducted from your income tax submission as a Section 18A<br \/>\ndonation. The deductible percentage ranges from 18% to 45%, depending on your tax<br \/>\nbracket.
